As a Data Integration Engineer at 8com, you will play a pivotal role in the heart of cyber security operations in Neustadt an der Weinstraße. Your daily responsibilities involve designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows using N8N and GitLab, as well as establishing robust data pipelines between internal services like SOAR and ITSM and external platforms. You will develop data filtering and transformation processes, expand API connectors, and utilize CI/CD for quality assurance. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree or completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration).
Experience
- Several years of professional experience as an IT System Administrator
- Proven experience working with Web APIs (REST), JSON, SQL, and NoSQL
- Professional experience in Python programming, specifically regarding web and JSON functions
- Experience in designing and maintaining automated workflows and data pipelines
- Practical experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
