Job Summary

This critical leadership role in Sindelfingen involves taking strategic and operational ownership of the company's Production Planning and Control (PPC) processes. The Team Leader will be responsible for ensuring optimal alignment of manufacturing sequences, managing pre-series, phase-in, and phase-out planning, and leading the dedicated PPC team. Key daily tasks include coordinating closely with interfaces across Production, Order Processing, Purchasing, and Logistics to maintain seamless operations. A major focus is placed on analyzing and implementing measures to boost delivery reliability and continuously optimizing PPC processes and systems, particularly within SAP PP. Candidates must possess multi-year experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment, complemented by a relevant degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain Management).
