Job Summary

This role involves responsibly managing and steering the entire technical facility management (TFM) operations for a security-relevant property in Berlin, ensuring quality, safety, and reliability are maintained according to all legal and contractual requirements. Day-to-day tasks include organizing, coordinating, and monitoring maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety checks, while also managing external contractors and leading internal staff. The ideal candidate will possess a degree in a technical field such as Supply Engineering, Facility Management, or Electrical Engineering, or hold a qualification as a certified Technician or Master Craftsman in Electrical Engineering. Strong German language skills, economic acumen, and the willingness to undergo a security clearance are essential. This is a full-time, unlimited contract position offering a challenging and varied leadership role within TFM.
