Job Summary

This role involves independently managing the entire maintenance sector and technical order processing for a client in Leipzig. The specialist will be responsible for organizing the maintenance area, preparing necessary documents for staff, and ensuring timely processing of annual price adjustments. Key daily tasks include tracking maintenance orders and quotes, billing for all rendered maintenance services, and coordinating appointments and services with customers, clients, and employees both telephonically and in writing. The ideal candidate possesses experience in a technical service environment or comparable administrative roles, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and IT-supported administrative systems. This is a part-time position (30 hours per week, negotiable) offering flexible hours and a long-term perspective in a varied technical and administrative field.
