Job Summary
This Group Lead position requires taking disciplinary ownership of the European IT Field Service team, steering all activities, processes, and ensuring high-quality client support across all locations. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating on-site service, managing team deployment and development, defining and enforcing Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and overseeing the entire lifecycle of workplace hardware using system-supported Asset Management. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Informatics or a comparable qualification, brings long-term experience in IT Field Service, and has a proven track record of leading technical teams. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with VIP stakeholders (Heads, Managing Directors). This position offers the opportunity to contribute to revolutionary biomedical research and cell/gene therapies within a diverse, international environment, requiring both strategic leadership and a willingness to perform hands-on technical tasks.

Education
Completed degree in (Business) Informatics or comparable professional training/qualification
Experience
- Professional experience in leading a fixed team (ideally disciplinary leadership)
- Long-term experience in IT Field Service or adjacent areas
