Job Summary

This role involves working within the Research and Development department to create innovative cell culture media for both research and GMP environments, directly contributing to the creation of new clinical products. Day-to-day responsibilities include independently determining and analyzing cell culture media compositions, performing associated protein biochemical work, and generating and testing new media approaches for future products. The associate is responsible for organizing necessary materials, planning and executing experiments independently, analyzing results, and presenting findings to the team. Success in this position requires a background as a technical assistant/laboratory technician or a Bachelor's degree in a life science field, coupled with solid knowledge of protein biochemistry and eukaryotic cell culture, and fluency in both German and English.
