The Business Process and Solution Manager will conduct comprehensive business process analyses, utilizing KPI data to identify key areas for improvement across the organization. A major focus is the independent execution of Venture Clienting Use Cases, requiring the evaluation of external market solutions and providers. You will be responsible for synthesizing findings into robust decision-making documents for senior management. Day-to-day activities include implementing approved solutions into corporate processes, measuring their success, and managing the successful handover to operational teams. Success in this position requires a strong background in business analysis, excellent negotiation skills, a good grasp of IT solutions, and a proactive, results-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
