Microsoft 365 Engineer | M365 Engineer (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is for a central internal expert and consultant responsible for the entire Microsoft 365 product ecosystem within a major insurance and financial services company. Day-to-day tasks involve planning, rolling out, and continuously developing M365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint Online. A critical component of the job is defining robust governance structures, creating decision templates, and ensuring technical security and compliance by implementing measures like Conditional Access, DLP, Auditing, and MFA, while adhering to regulatory standards such as KAIT, DORA, and GDPR. The Engineer will also coordinate 2nd/3rd-level support, manage external service providers, and actively participate in projects, potentially leading sub-tasks. Candidates must possess a degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience administering and automating M365 environments, ideally with PowerShell expertise.
