Job Summary

This role requires an expert in Customs and Foreign Trade to ensure the secure, legally compliant, and efficient flow of electronic components across international borders for Würth Elektronik. The specialist will be responsible for minimizing risks and stabilizing supply chains by strictly adhering to national, international, and US re-export control regulations. Day-to-day tasks include managing all import and export clearances, classifying goods, applying for and administering export licenses, and preparing necessary export declarations using the ATLAS system. You will also be responsible for issuing country-specific shipping documents, preference certificates, and managing supplier declarations. The ideal candidate must possess a relevant university degree or commercial training, professional experience in customs and export control, and proficiency in both German and English to effectively collaborate with customs offices, export control authorities, and freight forwarders.
