Job Summary

This role is based within the Asset Strategy team of a major regional distribution grid operator, focusing on securing and modernizing electricity grids to enable the energy transition. The successful candidate will systematically observe the company's environment, identifying and evaluating risks and opportunities arising from new technologies, laws, and standards impacting grid operation. A core responsibility involves active participation in development and innovation projects at national and European levels to ensure the transition to a climate-friendly power supply. The position requires a degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering and initial experience in grid planning or operation, coupled with strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills.
