Job Summary

This role seeks a Senior Technician and Coordinator to take technical leadership and management responsibility for a Prototype Laboratory focused on electromobility, specifically inductive charging processes. Key daily tasks involve coordinating technical staff, overseeing the assembly lab, optimizing mounting processes during the development phase, and conducting rigorous quality control on incoming components with detailed reporting to the technical department. The coordinator is also responsible for laboratory and workshop safety, prioritizing tasks with logistics experts, and managing the maintenance of all laboratory equipment and instruments used by the development team. The ideal candidate must possess a technical background in electronics or mechatronics, practical experience in workshop and laboratory environments, and hold specific qualifications for applying High Voltage (HV) systems in vehicles. This is a varied, interesting position offering the chance to develop new processes in an agile setting, supported by a dedicated team, and requires fluency in both German and English.
