This full-time, permanent position seeks a Senior Technician and Coordinator to lead and manage the Prototype and Assembly Laboratory for a client in the Munich area, focusing on e-mobility. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical leadership and coordination of technicians, ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed within the labs and workshops. Day-to-day tasks include optimizing assembly processes during the development phase, particularly concerning inductive charging, performing quality checks on incoming parts, and reporting findings to the technical department. Furthermore, the role involves managing and maintaining laboratory equipment and instruments used by the development team, and setting project priorities in collaboration with the logistics expert. A background as an electronics or mechatronics technician, coupled with experience in high-voltage (HV) systems in vehicles and fluency in both German and English, is essential for this varied and engaging role.
