Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support services to clients across Munich and Southern Bavaria, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting end-user infrastructure. Key responsibilities include analyzing and resolving hardware, network, and Windows client issues on desktops, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices. The technician will also manage the full lifecycle of workstations, including setup, configuration, and dismantling, while ensuring all support requests are accurately documented in ticketing systems. Furthermore, the position requires training users on new systems, mobile devices, and performing critical data and profile backups. Candidates must possess a strong background in IT system integration, proficiency with Active Directory and authorization management, and demonstrate excellent customer orientation, supported by fluent German skills and a valid Class B driver's license.
