Job Summary

This role involves executing comprehensive IT rollouts for a leading German IT service provider, managing the complete lifecycle of workplace hardware. Day-to-day tasks include the assembly and disassembly of workplace hardware and peripherals, installation, connectivity setup, and providing initial user instruction on new hard- and software systems. A key responsibility is the meticulous documentation of all installations, including image and text logging, and performing initial error analysis and troubleshooting before escalating issues. Candidates must hold a completed qualification such as an IT System Electronics Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with initial experience in managing IT rollouts. Proficiency in Windows and MS Office is essential. The position requires strong service and customer orientation, teamwork skills, and the flexibility for occasional nationwide travel, including overnight stays, making a driver's license mandatory.
