Key responsibilities include setting up, configuring, and supporting IT workplaces, managing hardware rollouts, and installing/maintaining standard and specialized equipment such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and media technology. The technician will also handle equipment management, asset tracking, process support requests, and maintain documentation within a ticketing system. Candidates must have a completed professional IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician), along with professional experience in field customer support and user support. Strong German and good English skills, coupled with a driver's license and excellent problem-solving abilities, are crucial for success in this customer-facing field service position.
