Job Summary

This role involves providing essential Onsite Support and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services directly to end-users for a leading European IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and dismantling workstations, troubleshooting issues directly at the user's location, and managing ticket processing efficiently. Key tasks also include the deployment, deletion, and inventory management of notebooks and mobile devices, along with providing initial instruction on new equipment. The position requires a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) and prior experience in onsite support and using ticketing systems. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring shift work between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday), offering excellent career opportunities and a modern working environment within a major corporation.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience
