Job Summary

This role involves providing essential first-level IT support for PC users within a leading European IT service company, focusing on hardware and software troubleshooting for the end customer BAMF. The successful candidate will be responsible for the local IT infrastructure, including PCs, monitors, mice, keyboards, printers, and scanners. Key day-to-day tasks include initial user support, setting up, dismantling, and installing IT hardware. Candidates should ideally have a completed IT qualification or demonstrable professional experience, possess good general hardware knowledge, and be familiar with patching procedures.
