Onsite IT Support Technician | Onsite Support (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support in the Potsdam area for a leading German IT service provider. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of desktops, notebooks, printers, and associated peripherals. Key daily tasks include performing hardware, software, and network troubleshooting and resolution directly at the user's location, managing service requests via a ticketing system, and setting up/dismantling workstations. A strong candidate will possess a completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration), several years of professional experience in onsite support and troubleshooting, and proficiency with Active Directory and standard hardware, including mobile devices. Excellent German language skills and a high degree of service orientation are mandatory for this customer-facing field service position.
