Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join one of Europe's leading IT service providers, focusing on specialized support for Apple hardware and software. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faults on MacBooks, iPhones, and iPads, covering both hardware and software issues. Daily tasks include managing and tracking tickets within a CRM/ticketing system, analyzing technical problems, and assisting the team with escalations. A key component of the role is providing excellent customer service, explaining complex technical matters to clients both on-site and remotely, while strictly adhering to data protection and security standards. Candidates must possess a relevant IT qualification, strong experience with Apple hardware diagnostics and repair processes, and excellent German language skills.

Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in handling Apple hardware, including diagnosis and repair processes
  • Experience with Apple ID, iCloud, backup, and recovery
  • Experience with ticketing systems
