Job Summary
This role involves providing essential on-site IT support and administration for schools and business clients in the Cologne-Bonn-Aachen region, ensuring smooth and reliable IT operations. Day-to-day tasks include independently analyzing and resolving technical disruptions, structured logging of incidents in a ticketing system, and hands-on installation, configuration, and optimization of IT infrastructures tailored to client needs. The System Administrator will also perform regular maintenance and administration tasks to ensure system stability, document technical processes, and actively contribute to the development of digital solutions. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or equivalent qualification, extensive experience with Windows operating systems administration, and proficiency in technical support for peripherals, networks, and ticketing systems. Strong problem-solving skills, technical understanding, and customer orientation are crucial for success in this field service position.
