Job Summary
This role is ideal for an IT professional passionate about solving complex technical challenges and supporting users. As an IT Support Specialist focusing on 2nd-Level support, you will be responsible for processing and resolving technically demanding support requests escalated from the 1st-Level team. Key duties include in-depth troubleshooting, conducting error analyses (such as logfile evaluations and system tests), and administering and configuring IT systems, applications, and potentially servers. You will also manage the escalation of highly complex issues to 3rd-Level support or external vendors, ensure compliance with SLAs and ITIL processes, and contribute to IT projects and system optimization efforts. The position requires a background in IT, strong analytical skills, and a service-oriented mindset, offering an attractive work environment with flexible home office options and significant room for personal initiative.
