Job Summary

This critical role places you within an innovative team at a major automotive manufacturer, focusing on the infrastructure supporting connected and development vehicles. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of server and infrastructure components, including Layer 2 network configuration and central VPN server administration for vehicle connectivity. A key part of your job involves accelerating the development process by creating automated build pipelines for vehicle software (specifically the driving dynamics cluster). You will leverage your expertise in Linux/Windows server environments, networking, and server cluster monitoring (e.g., Zabbix) to optimize existing systems and implement new solutions. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge in administration scripting (Bash, Powershell, Ansible) and backend software development (C#, C++), along with fluency in both German and English, ensuring effective collaboration and execution across the entire value chain, from hardware procurement to service go-live.
