Job Summary
Join a leading global decarbonization company, Univers, as a Technical Customer Support Specialist based in Munich or Stuttgart, focusing on supporting the rapidly growing EV, PV, storage, and energy management sectors in Germany. This role is crucial for maintaining operational excellence by providing prompt and professional Level 2 technical support via hotline to both internal teams and external B2B and fleet customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to operational systems, managing incident resolution, and documenting complex problems for escalation. Furthermore, you will be involved in the installation lifecycle, developing proposals, coordinating with electricians, performing pre-visits and maintenance in Southwest Germany, and conducting final commissioning. The ideal candidate holds an electrical engineering qualification, possesses excellent communication skills, and has experience with e-mobility infrastructure and technical support, ensuring the successful deployment of innovative hardware and software solutions that move the world toward Net Zero.
