Job Summary

The Technical Implementation Manager will be a key member of the Operations Team, responsible for the successful planning, coordination, and execution of technical solutions for clients focused on decarbonization and energy system optimization. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills, technical expertise, and client relationship management. Day-to-day tasks include proactively identifying and resolving technical project risks, serving as the main technical point of contact for clients, and coordinating closely with internal teams such as software developers, electrical operations, and QA testers. The manager will also conduct technical lab tests (including functional and integration tests like load management and firmware updates), coordinate field deployments, and support the configuration and customization of solutions to meet specific customer requirements. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications (PMP, ITIL, Scrum Master) are advantageous.

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years in project management or technical implementation roles
  • Strong technical background with experience in software development, system integration, or IT infrastructure
  • Proven experience managing complex technical projects from initiation to completion
