Job Summary
This role involves working as an IT Field Service Technician within a long-term infrastructure project for a leading IT service provider supporting large enterprises and public clients in Germany. The technician will be responsible for executing hardware Break & Fix, IMAC/D activities on standard and specialized equipment, and performing analysis, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for hardware and software issues, particularly in production environments. Key responsibilities include managing specialized and peripheral devices, AV and patch management, coordinating with external service providers, and maintaining technical and regulatory documentation (including GxP-relevant documents). Candidates must possess strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, and hardware support, coupled with experience in ticketing systems and structured fault analysis. The position requires excellent German and good English skills, a driver's license, and a resilient, organized work ethic.

Completed IT vocational training or equivalent qualification
Experience
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in the IT field
- Experience with complex network infrastructures
- Experience with ticketing systems and structured fault analysis
- Experience in cabling and installing IT devices
