Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Project Manager specializing in Smart Building Solutions, operating in the Bielefeld or Kassel area. The core mission is to manage and deliver complex projects that extend beyond conventional building automation and control technology, specifically focusing on networking systems and implementing intelligent data processing to achieve sustainable and energy-efficient Smart Buildings. Key responsibilities involve defining project strategy, meticulous phase planning, ensuring technical alignment, and managing the realization of projects according to technical, economic, and timely criteria. The Project Manager will lead multiple small to medium-sized projects, serve as the primary customer contact during realization, and manage interfaces with suppliers and subcontractors. Furthermore, the role requires handling project controlling, including budgeting, revenue oversight, and proactive change management to capture opportunities and implement necessary amendments. Candidates must possess a technical background, preferably in Electrical Engineering, and demonstrate fluent proficiency in both German and English.
