This role is a crucial addition to a growing Service Operation Team within a stable, owner-managed IT services company in Hamburg. The IT Support Specialist acts as the primary point of contact and problem solver for clients, addressing issues related to the entire MS product range, printing, telephony, and interfaces to external systems. Day-to-day tasks involve providing remote maintenance, analyzing system malfunctions, implementing solutions, and meticulously documenting all customer inquiries within a ticketing system. A key part of the job is creating bug reports for the development team and managing database backups. Success in this position requires professional experience in IT support, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility, complemented by fluency in both German and English.
