The DevOps Engineer/IT Administrator will be crucial in maintaining robust IT infrastructure, focusing on server maintenance, backup and recovery procedures, virtualization, and managing peripheral systems like printers and telecommunications. Day-to-day tasks include handling 2nd-Level support tickets, coordinating incident resolution with stakeholders, and documenting procedures for 1st-Level support. The ideal candidate must possess prior professional experience in IT operations, excellent communication skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility. Strong proficiency in both German and English is mandatory due to direct client interaction.
