Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to focus on quality assurance and failure analysis for complex electronic hardware components and printed circuit boards (PCBs). Day-to-day tasks involve performing systematic Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on recurring failures, developing technically and economically optimal corrective measures, and verifying their effectiveness through rigorous hardware testing conducted in the electronics laboratory. The engineer will also play a key role in product lifecycle management, supporting the evaluation of product changes—such as component obsolescence—and ensuring all necessary technical documentation is maintained. Success requires a degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering, proven professional experience with analog and digital circuits, and deep knowledge of electrical components.
