Job Summary

This Inhouse Consultant role is critical for driving digital transformation by continuously shaping and optimizing internal business processes through automation and the implementation of best practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of supporting applications—ensuring their operation, documentation, backup, and archiving—and leading IT projects focused on integrating and developing new software and hardware solutions into the existing IT landscape. The consultant acts as the key interface, gathering, evaluating, and prioritizing requirements from various business units, and coordinating collaboration between internal IT teams and external service providers. Success requires a completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent, several years of professional project management experience, and excellent communication skills, complemented by fluent proficiency in both German and English.
