Job Summary

This critical role involves the central coordination and continuous development of the SAP system within a public transport company, acting as the primary interface between business departments, key users, internal IT, and external service providers. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing requirements, prioritizing demands from specialist departments, and coordinating all changes, updates, and releases within the SAP landscape. The coordinator is responsible for monitoring implementations, steering external service providers, and ensuring robust documentation. Furthermore, the role contributes to process analysis and optimization, supports the company's digitalization strategy, and manages the authorization and role framework alongside the IT team. The ideal candidate holds a university degree in IT or Business Administration, possesses several years of experience operating and developing SAP systems (ideally S/4HANA), and demonstrates strong communication, moderation, and solution-oriented skills to manage complex coordination tasks effectively.
