This pivotal role as Head of Telecommunications and Communication Technology at the University Hospital Jena involves taking full responsibility for the critical communication infrastructure, ensuring its reliability, security, and future viability. The successful candidate will strategically and operationally manage all systems, including IP telephony, mobile communications, fire alarm systems, nurse call systems, and access control. You will lead and develop a dedicated team of seven employees, setting clear processes and fostering a cooperative culture.
