Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced professional ready to serve as the central point of contact for all Supply Chain functions (Purchasing, Scheduling, Warehousing, Logistics, Production Planning) within the company's ERP system. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving support and process inquiries, actively managing process changes across the Supply Chain environment, and supporting system tests, updates, and rollouts. A key focus will be documenting solutions, transferring knowledge, and actively contributing ideas for optimizing Supply Chain processes, particularly within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO). The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of operational Supply Chain processes and a proactive approach to user support and system development, helping to shape the future of the company's ERP landscape.

Required Skills

Education

Completed IT or commercial vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, Industrial Clerk, IT Merchant) or comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Initial to several years of experience working with ERP systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or comparable solutions
  • Strong understanding of operational processes along the Supply Chain (Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, Production Planning)
  • Professional experience in analyzing and resolving technical and process inquiries
