Job Summary

This critical role involves serving as the (Sub-) Project Manager for firmware development within upcoming projects focused on advanced medical ventilators. The core responsibilities include the meticulous planning, steering, and monitoring of resources utilized throughout the development cycles. A key requirement is effective interface management, necessitating strong, interdisciplinary communication with various technical departments such as Systems Engineering, Electronics, PC Software, Cloud, and the Test Center. Furthermore, the manager holds responsibility for ensuring all project documentation adheres strictly to the IEC 62304 standard, crucial for regulated medical device environments. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in Engineering or Computer Science, coupled with several years of professional experience in software development, ideally embedded software, and initial practical project leadership experience within a regulated industry. Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
