This role involves leading complex projects primarily focused on the construction and planning (phases 1-5) of sewage treatment plants within the fields of urban water management and environmental engineering. The Project Lead will serve as the central contact point for clients, approval authorities, planning partners, and internal colleagues, taking responsibility for the economic and technical success of the projects. Key responsibilities include organizing and controlling planning processes and supporting project acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate must possess a degree in Civil Engineering or a comparable field, demonstrate strong communication skills, systematic work methods, and a high degree of customer orientation and team spirit.
