Job Summary

This role is perfect for a system integration enthusiast comfortable working within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. As an IT System Administrator based in the Augsburg headquarters, you will be a key contact person for both national and international employees, handling everything from setting up new workstations to comprehensive Endpoint Management. Day-to-day tasks include providing first and second-level support for hardware and software issues, managing Microsoft Azure, and acting as the subject matter expert for Office 365 tools like MS Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Defender. You will also contribute to process automation and efficiency using the MS Power Platform and participate in the design and standardization of IT architectures. The ideal candidate holds a degree in IT System Integration or equivalent experience, possesses professional knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Mobile Device Management (e.g., Intune), and is fluent in German with good English skills.
