Job Summary
As an IT System Administrator at CADENAS in Augsburg, you will play a central role in managing the company's technical infrastructure and supporting both national and international colleagues. Your daily responsibilities include handling First and Second-Level support, setting up new workstations, and managing endpoints. You will serve as a subject matter expert for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, specifically focusing on Azure, MS Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Defender. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to drive efficiency through process automation using the MS Power Platform and contribute to the design and standardization of system architectures. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or a comparable qualification; career changers with relevant IT experience are also welcome.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system administration or system integration
- Practical experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and Mobile Device Management (e.g., MS Intune)
- Experience in hardware and software support for local and international users
- Experience in ticket management and workstation setup
- Experience with PowerApps and PowerAutomate is preferred
