This role requires a dedicated Field Service Technician to independently manage service, maintenance, and troubleshooting assignments for printing systems at customer locations in the Nagold area. Day-to-day responsibilities include acting as the primary technical contact, performing detailed fault analysis (e.g., diagnosing issues like streaks or color deviations), and executing professional repairs, including the replacement of critical parts such as drums, fuser units, and mainboards.
