Job Summary
This role involves the crucial delivery, installation, and commissioning of printing and multifunctional systems directly at customer sites. Day-to-day tasks include transporting and positioning devices (up to 200 kg using appropriate aids), integrating them into existing IT networks, installing necessary drivers, and configuring basic printing functions. A significant part of the job is providing initial customer instruction and acting as the primary technical contact during the handover phase. Additionally, the technician performs minor maintenance, service calls, and component assembly/disassembly as needed. The ideal candidate possesses a technical background or strong mechanical aptitude, a basic understanding of IT/networking concepts, and a reliable, service-oriented approach, representing the company professionally in the field. A Class B driving license is mandatory for this field service position.
