Job Summary
The BFI Group, an established IT service provider in Germany since 1998, is seeking a Technical Assistant for IT to join their team in Berlin. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for IT users, handling incoming inquiries via various channels such as calls, emails, web tickets, and chats. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve creating, processing, and resolving tickets in the first line of support, adhering to defined processes and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also provide essential support to IT users regarding hardware and software issues, and actively monitor and track tickets to ensure efficient workflow.
