Job Summary
This role is for an IT Specialist focused on providing 1st and 2nd level support for a well-established IT service provider in Germany. The specialist will be responsible for handling incidents and service requests, performing remote troubleshooting for Windows 10 & 11, and implementing standard changes within Entra ID and MS Intune. Key responsibilities also include quality assurance measures like ticket reviews, application testing, and generating service reports. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a related field, strong knowledge of hardware and software, experience with ticketing systems, and proficiency in Office 365 and Windows operating systems.
