Job Summary

This role involves managing the critical transition of newly developed chemical products and procedures from laboratory or pilot scale into full industrial production, working closely with R&D and manufacturing teams. Key responsibilities include ensuring stable and efficient plant operation, continuous process optimization, and leading the planning, design, and commissioning of new machinery and facilities. The successful engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing measures to increase energy and resource efficiency, managing complex technical projects, and ensuring strict adherence to environmental, safety, and plant protection regulations. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and possesses several years of relevant experience in process development or plant construction. Success requires a structured, project-oriented approach, strong commitment, and excellent communication skills in both German and English.
