Job Summary

This role as a Quality Control Laboratory Specialist is crucial for maintaining high product standards by executing precise analytical and physical testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing quality controls during ongoing production, testing incoming raw materials, and ensuring the final release of finished products. You will be responsible for applying various analytical methods, such as titration, color measurements, and penetration testing, alongside physical tests like determining viscosity and solidification points. Furthermore, the role involves preparing small sample batches (e.g., casting samples or mixing pastes) and thorough laboratory documentation. The ideal candidate must possess a completed laboratory education (e.g., CTA, BTA, or Chemical Laboratory Technician) and demonstrate a structured, responsible, and team-oriented approach to work.
