Job Summary

This role involves joining the specialized team for cross-sectional tasks and coordination within the Rehabilitation Department, focusing on fundamental legal and procedural questions related to participation in rehabilitation services. The core mission is supporting the principle of 'Rehabilitation before Pension' by ensuring insured individuals can actively participate in working life. Day-to-day tasks include processing fundamental legal questions, coordinating complex inter-agency cases, managing financial support aspects (transitional allowance, travel expenses, childcare costs), and networking with various service providers and external stakeholders. You will contribute to continuous process improvement by participating in internal and nationwide expert working groups, updating legal forms, and creating comprehensive work instructions for operational teams. The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Law, Public Administration, or Healthcare Management, coupled with specialized knowledge of German Rehabilitation Law (SGB VI and SGB IX), excellent communication skills, and a highly structured approach to complex legal and administrative challenges.

Bachelor of Laws, Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Healthcare Management, or comparable qualification

Experience

  • Professional knowledge in Rehabilitation Law, specifically SGB VI and SGB IX
  • Basic knowledge of the rehabilitation system, its service providers, and supply structures
  • Experience in coordinating inter-agency individual cases according to the Federal Participation Act (Bundesteilhabegesetz)
  • Professional experience in developing and updating legal forms and work instructions
