This role involves supporting the specialized team for addiction and mental health disorders, focusing on quality assurance for medical rehabilitation facilities. The specialist will monitor compliance with structural and quality requirements, evaluate reported quality data, and act as a point of contact for facilities and service providers on technical and organizational matters. Key responsibilities include organizing and participating in discussions and visitations, reviewing concepts, compensation adjustments, and staff qualification documents. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Social Security, Business Administration, Health and Social Management, Health Economics, or Nursing Management, coupled with foundational knowledge of rehabilitation law and the rehabilitation system. Required Skills

Education

  • Foundational knowledge of the rehabilitation system, its service providers, and supply structures
  • Professional experience in a role requiring strong communication and organizational skills
