Job Summary
This full-time Administrative Officer role within the Mülheim an der Ruhr City Real Estate Service focuses on strategic portfolio management, primarily concerning municipal buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing occupancy planning, including data entry, maintenance, and conducting simulation calculations for relocations. Required Skills
Education
Qualification for Career Group 1, 2nd Entry Level of Non-Technical Administrative Service (formerly: Intermediate Non-Technical Administrative Service) OR successful completion of Administrative Course I (VL I) OR completed vocational training as a Real Estate Management Assistant (Immobilienkauffrau/-mann)
Experience
- Professional experience in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions (Ver- und Anmietung von Immobilien sowie Veräußerung)
- Experience in managing and updating data in administrative software
- Experience in monitoring deadlines and contract renewals
Languages
Additional
- Must provide proof of recognition for foreign school and/or university degrees; a simple translation is insufficient. Position is full-time (39 hours/week for tariff employees, 41 hours/week for civil servants).
