Job Summary
The City of Mülheim an der Ruhr Job Center is seeking a dedicated Data Quality Administrator for a full-time, permanent position. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of administrative data. Day-to-day tasks include performing regular data quality checks using established routines, identifying and correcting errors within specialized software like KDN_LMG and KDN_FMG, and documenting all data defects and corrective actions. You will also be key in monitoring and reporting, developing KPIs for data quality, and preparing statistics for leadership and external audits. Furthermore, you will contribute to process optimization by updating work instructions and participating in projects aimed at improving data structures and software procedures. This role requires strong analytical skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly, ensuring the foundation for legally sound decisions and statistical analysis.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Public Administration, Administrative Management, Public Management, or successful completion of the first state examination in Law; or qualification for the higher non-technical administrative service (Laufbahngruppe 2, 1. Einstiegsamt); or completion of Administrative Course II (VL II); or Diploma in Finance (Tax Administration); or Diploma in Judicial Administration.
Experience
- Experience using the specialized software systems KDN_LNG and KDN_FMG
- Experience in generating reports and statistics
Languages
Additional
- Knowledge of the error protocol of the Federal Employment Agency (Bundesagentur für Arbeit) is desirable.
