This role involves joining the Maintenance department within the Turbomachinery Product Line, focusing on enhancing plant availability at the Oberhausen site. The specialist will be responsible for the technical support, maintenance, and repair of industrial systems, ensuring high technical availability of equipment. Key activities include conducting analyses of technical plant shutdowns, developing optimization concepts, initiating technical modifications to machinery, and coordinating specific projects aimed at improving plant availability. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering, possesses at least three years of professional experience in an industrial electrical engineering environment, and is proficient in relevant standards (DIN, VDE). Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a service-oriented approach, and the ability to work collaboratively across functional teams.
