Job Summary

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer within the Turbomachinery Product Line, you will play a vital role in ensuring the operational availability and safety of electrical systems and infrastructure at the Oberhausen site. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve planning and supervising maintenance, inspection, and repair activities, alongside analyzing technical faults to implement sustainable improvements. You will be at the forefront of modernizing the facility by developing Predictive Maintenance concepts and optimizing Condition Monitoring systems like thermography and vibration analysis. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with production teams and external service providers. Required Skills

Education

Completed University or Technical College degree in Electrical Engineering or Automation Technology.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in electrical engineering, preferably in an industrial environment
  • Experience in planning, implementing, and monitoring maintenance and inspection measures
  • Proven experience in fault analysis and root cause research for electrical systems
  • Experience in coordinating external service providers and assembly teams
  • Experience in modernization and expansion projects for electrical infrastructure
