Job Summary

This role as an IT Support Specialist (1st & 2nd Level) is crucial for maintaining seamless technical operations by acting as the primary point of contact for end-users. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the ticketing system, documenting user requests, performing essential account management tasks such as password resets and unlocking accounts, and resolving various login issues. You will be responsible for the basic setup and configuration of workplace devices, including printers, monitors, and peripherals, as well as providing essential support for MS365 applications like Outlook, Teams, and Office. The core focus is on analyzing and resolving technical problems within the 1st and 2nd level scope. Successful candidates must have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, possess strong knowledge of Windows OS installation and configuration, and be fluent in German (C1 level) to effectively communicate technical instructions and solutions to colleagues.
